Eggcentric Brunch 11/24 10am-12:30 pm

In this class, we will explore three of the most iconic brunch recipes. These recipes and the techniques associated with them will significantly elevate your brunch game! At the end of the class, we will enjoy the fruits of our labors by sitting down together and sharing a scrumptious, restaurant-quality meal that you just prepared!

The class includes complimentary mimosas. 

Menu (made with all organic ingredients): 

Shakshuka (A healthy, deeply satisfying North African dish made with eggs poached in thick, chunky tomato sauce and warm spices) Served with fresh pita.

Smoked Gouda, Butternut Squash, and Winter Greens Frittata

Eggs Benedict with Fresh Hollandaise

We use only organic ingredients to prepare all the dishes. 

The class includes all-you-can-drink kombucha.  Please feel free to BYOB.
