Bagels, Schmears and Gravlax, 10/27, 9 am -12 pm

If you love fresh bagels and would love to expand your baking horizons, this workshop is for you! During this three hour, hands-on workshop, I will walk you through the steps and techniques of making your own bagels. We will perfect a yeasted dough and then shape, season, boil, and bake the bagels. You will also learn how to make delicious schmears and will explore how to create a stunning bagel board that is sure to be a hit with your family and friends at your next brunch gathering.
