Shipping policy

Baba's Brew accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania via USPS and FedEx. Baba's Brew ships to all states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 days. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2 business days.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Our kombucha is a raw living product and must be kept refrigerated at all time. You package will arrive cold packed and will remain cool until it arrives. Make sure to open your package as soon as it arrives and place your bucha in the refrigerator.
