Asian Dumplings, 05/17 6-8:30 pm

Discover the flavor-packed world of dumplings! In this interactive class, you will be guided step-by-step through making dumpling fillings, and learning how to make dumpling wrappers from scratch and the best places to find store-bought wrappers. You will learn the various shapes of dumplings and three different ways to cook them: boiling, steaming, and frying. You'll make two fillings for your dumplings – pork-based and veggie-based – and two different dipping sauces to go along with the dumplings. After we are done cooking, we will all feast together on our freshly-made masterpieces.
